Terms and Conditions of Vendor Agreement

 

North Atlanta Events invites nonprofits, clubs, groups, civic organizations, or business to be a Tree Sponsor in the name of a specific verifiable nonprofit organization.  Payment Due at Registration.

Indemnity Agreement Tree Sponsor and related/partner organizations agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless North Atlanta Events and its agent (hereafter referred to as the Organizer) from any loss or damage to persons or property arising out of Tree Sponsor participation in the Festival of Trees and related events.  Tree Sponsor understands that the Organizer has the exclusive right to cancel the event due to inclement weather or national emergency and agrees that the Organizer will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage the Tree Sponsor suffers as a result of such a decision. The Tree Sponsor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any loss or damage to tree, ornaments or any property involved with the Festival of Trees.

Tree Sponsor Responsibilities

• Provide artificial tree (Must be at least 7 feet tall)

• Provide decorations (No glass decorations)

• Decide on theme and name for the tree ASAP (Name will be displayed on a table next to the tree in a standing display) Submit the Tree Name to info@northatlantaevents ASAP

• Decorate the tree - coordinate through Marie Koch / Tree will be located near electricty for tree lights.

• Provide Flyers/Brochures for duration of Festival of Trees on shared table next to nonprofit's tree.  The nonprofit will be responsible for refilling their information during the 6 1/2 week Festival of Trees.

• Remove the Tree December 26 - 28
• Decorations should exhibit the very best and highest standard possible to represent the nonprofit and cause. The tree and nonprofit's message will be seen by thousands of people over the course of 6 1/2 weeks.

North Atlanta Events Provides​

• During the 6 1/2 weeks of the Festival of Trees:

  • Each nonprofit will be provided an 11x14 display with their nonprofit's information + QR Code leading to their website and donation information.

  • The 11x14 display will be on top of a 6ft table - shared with another nonprofit - with black linen. The table will be positioned between two nonprofit trees (over the electrical outlet).  

  • The 6ft table will be shared by two nonprofits.

  • Trees are not cordoned off from the public.

Additionally

• Event is Free to the public to attend. 

• No candles may be lit at any time of the event.

• Layout is subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer

• Tree Sponsors give permission for any photos and video taken at the event to be used in event publicity.

• Tree Sponsors agree to promote the event on social media.

• North Atlanta Events  reserves the right to request any tree sponsor displaying inappropriate material or behavior to desist or depart without refund.

• Payment due at signing..

CANCELLATIONS

• If the event is canceled for any reason including severe weather, national emergency, epidemic, or public health crisis, the event will be rescheduled, no refunds will be given.  If the event is canceled, we will reschedule the event for your participation which will release the Organizer in full from any further obligation.
